Bramley's Seedling Apple is by far the most popular cooking apple. Heavy crops of extra large fruit, with creamy white flesh that is juicy and full of flavour. The variety is vigorous so it needs plenty of space. Trees will partially set a crop if planted by themselves, but as this is a triploid (not a pollinator), a bigger crop will be achieved if grown with two other varieties of apples to cross pollinate. If you can live with this then the rewards are great. This variety is also great for attracting pollinators.

PLEASE NOTE: Bare root trees will have the roots wrapped with sufficient soil to keep them moist and healthy during postage. ALL our trees are supplied whilst dormant. They have been carefully lifted and placed in a cold store until despatch. Alll bare-rooted trees will benefit by being placed in a bucket of water for 24 hours before planting, no matter what the weather is like.
