Seed Potatoes

We have a range of specially selected seed potatoes available to buy online, giving you the most comprehensive choice of varieties and types. All of these are Scottish, EXCEPT Anya, which are grown in Cumbria (part of the UK Protected region for seed potato production).
There's nothing more satisfying that pulling your own home grown potatoes from the soil. Our potato tubers includes first early, second early, maincrops, salad potatoes, and christmas potatoes, all of which will be supplied in strong mesh nets.
2kg equals approximately 15-25 potato tubers, 2.5kg equals 25-40 potato tubers, depending on variety.
How long do seed potatoes take to grow?  This depends on which type of potato you're growing. First early types are ready to harvest around 10-12 weeks, second early types are ready from 12-16 weeks and maincrop potatoes require the longest amount of time in the ground, and are ready to harvest around 16-18 weeks. You can dig up the potatoes as and when requires, or harvest all at once and store in a hessian potato sack.
