Soft Fruit Plants, Bushes and Fruit Trees
Grow your own fruit with our range of soft fruit plants and trees. You will find popular fruits such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and lesser known soft fruits such as loganberries, tayberries and rhubarb roots. All available by mail order. Home grown fruit tastes much better than supermarket bought fruit, and is more rewarding too! Not only that, growing your own fruit trees, bushes or plants is a good investment for the garden as they can be harvested more than once, and certain varieties such as raspberry shrubs come back year after year and grow larger.
Most of our fruit bushes are compact and can be grown in smaller gardens or in containers. Raspberry canes require more room as they should be planted in rows with 45cm between canes, and 1-1.5m between each row. We also have a range of fruit trees for sale at certain times of the year. If you can't decide which fruit to buy and plant, why not try one of our soft fruit collections? This contains 4 favourites; strawberries, raspberries, blackcurrants and blackberries.
Have a look at our Soft Fruit Growing Advice!
As well as soft fruit, we also have a variety of dwarf fruit trees which are perfect for growing in your garden or on your allotment. Our rootstock fruit trees are used to restrict the vigour to make them suitable to grow in a small space. All of our trees are despatched with a tree tie and tree stake, along with full cultural instructions. Our range includes apple trees, cherry trees, pear trees, greengage trees and plum Victoria trees. Read our handy guide on How to grow your own fruit trees.
As the weather is still up and down temperature wise, you can leave the fruit trees until they are ready to plant if you would prefer. Put the trees in water for about 12 hours then wrap the tree bulbs up with polyethene (carrier bag etc) and store in a cool place, e.g. shed or greenhouse etc. The trees can be left like this for 2-3 weeks.
