Ammi Majus, also known as Bishop's Flower, produces pretty white flower heads. It is the ideal addition to flower arrangements, bouquet and borders and is a very suitable flower for drying. Sow in April to June for flowers July to September. The height of the plant will reach an approximate 90cm (36"). Hardy Annual Warning: Ammi is part of the Apiaceae family and can sometimes give a rash when handled, especially if conditions have been hot, and if a persons’ skin is sensitive.
