Field Poppy Seeds (Papaver Rhoeas)

Field poppies are very slender branched annuals with hairy stems and feathery leaves as the base of each stem. The flowers are large and vivid scarlet with a black base. Naturally occurs as a weed in light cultivated soils, especially corn fields.
