Chinese Celery Kintsai
Kintsai Chinese Celery boasts leaves and stalks which are vivid green in colour and have a distinctive celery flavour and aroma. Can be sown anytime and is fast to mature, about 2 months from sowing.
The interest in what we have classed liberally as "Oriental Vegetables" increases every year. They can be used raw in salads, or lightly cooked for use in stir frys and numerous Chinese style meals. We hope you will be tempted to give something different a try.

Outdoors: sow thinly where they are to crop, 1.5cm (1/2") deep, directly into finely-prepared soil.
What to do next
Keep well watered in dry spells. Thin seedlings to 20cm (8in) apart.
