Solent wight is a soft neck variety. Can be planted in autumn or spring. Keeps well to March and beyond next year. Approximately 60 cloves from 4 bulbs.

Elephant garlic is not a true member of the garlic family, and is close to a leek, but the flavour is very similar. Elephant garlic has a mild, sweet and juicy flavour. Ideal for roasting. Can be planted in spring and autumn. Best planted in autumn.
