Achillea millefolium (Yarrow) is an aromatic perennial herb. Produces fine fern-like feathered leaves with flat white or pinkish flowers that flower over a long summer period, from June to October. The flowers form in flat topped clusters. Yarrow is a British wildflower which will self seed each year. Has a large tap root. Commonly mixed with grasses and other herbs. Can be used in herbal teas as a remedy for fevers and as a gigestive tonic. Yarrow can also be a useful dye plant, producing brown and green coloured dyes. Height: 60cm Perennial
