September sowings in flowering site 2cm (3/4") deep. Later sowings in pots 5 seeds in each. October and November sowings in a cold frame. January sowings in a heated glasshouse. March sowings in a cold frame. April sowings direct to flowering site.
Glasshouse raised seedlings should be hardened off during March. Trandplant any pot grown seedlings in the flowering site at 15cm (6") apart in April. Thin direct sown seedlings to 10cm (4") apart. To encourage new flowers, we recommend that you to pick the flowers regularly.
Keep sweet peas mosit, and do not let the seeds or flowers dry out. Keep well watered with water from a tap rather than from a water butt.
