Borecole Pentland Brig

Description

SALE (PRICE REDUCED) WHILE STOCKS LAST!

Pentland Brig Borecole is old-fashioned with a slightly less curled leaf than most standard kales. It has a distinct paler leaf, yet it is extremely winter hardy. It can be sown from March, either as a standard kale and the whole leaves used shredded; or it can be grown with closer spacing and used at 'teen' leaf size. Eat young leaves raw, which have a milder flavour. All leaves taste great when lightly stir-fried or steamed to retain their natural goodness.
