Radish Munchen Bier

Description

Munchen Bier is an unusual radish grown for its spicy seed pods and it's white roots. The plants should be about 6-8cm apart and they quickly go up to flower and produce seed pods which should be used when green and crisp. The appearance of the seeds pots is more like the look of pea pods than a typical radish. They can be snapped easily. They are really tasty raw in salads or cooked in a stir-fry, and produce a delicious spicy flavour. Fairly easy to grow.
