Has a lovely mild flavour and takes less time to cook when compared to other beetroots. Great for adding interest to salads. Suitable for freezing. Reaches up to 30cm tall overall.

When to Sow Chioggia Beetroot Seeds

Sow thinly in shallow drills 1.5cm (½") deep with 30cm (12") between rows, in a sunny location.

What to do Next

Thin the seedlings gradually as they grow to an eventual spacing of 10cm (4"). Do not transplant.
