Coriandrum sativum is a type of Coriander, but is also called Cilantro or Indian or Chinese Parsley. Our special selection for leaf production, also produces aromatic seeds. Leaves used in salads and to flavour many Indian and Chinese dishes. Seeds used for curry, chutney and cream cheese. As well as being used for many culinary uses, Cilantro is also said to have antibacterial and anti-inflammatory benefits.
