When to Sow Sunrise Lupin Seeds

March and April. Soak seed overnight 12 -1 5 hours before sowing

Where to Sow

In open ground where intended to flower. Do not transplant. Space seed about 10cm apart. In open ground or cold frame. We would suggest that when watering the seed if possible you use a Soluble Fungicide to prevent damping off, which can cause the plant to wilt and die back.

What to do next

Thin out seedlings as they grow, but only if they are too close.

Maturity

July and August.

Handy Tip

This variety is best grown in small groups of 5 or 6 plants. If unable to sow direct, try modules to prevent root disturbance when transplanting.
