Pink Pearl is a Spencer type that is well scented. It will produce soft pink on white blooms with strong stems which makes them ideal for exhibitions.


Kings seeds recommend sowing seeds into a good quality seed sowing compost and water only with tap water. Do not use butt water as this can contain harmful pathogens, resulting in poor germination

When to Sow Pink Pearl Sweet Pea Seeds

September to April

Where to Sow

Sow in September and April direct in the flowering site 2cm (3.4") deep.
Later sowings in pots 5 seeds in each. October and November sowings in a cold frame. January sowings in a heated glasshouse. March sowings should also be kept in a cold frame. April sowings direct to flowering site.

What to do Next

Glasshouse raised seedlings should be hardened off during March, before planting out next month. Plant out pot grown seedlings in the flowering site 15cm (6") apart in April. Thin direct sown seedlings to 10cm (4") apart. Pick flowers regularly to encourage new growth.
