Where to Sow

Sow seed into pots or trays of moist seed sowing compost at a temperature of 20-25°C. 

What to do Next

Once large enough to handle pot on into 9cm pots, then gradually moving on into a b slightly bigger pot size and grow on at a temperature of 16-18 °C. Plants can handle slightly lower growing temperatures without problems, but cannot tolerate frost. Eventually plant into large containers on the patio. 

Handy Tip

Plants will require some winter protection if very cold weather forecast. Plunge stems into water as soon as cut to prolong vase life as a useful bouquet filler.
