Sow thinly in shallow drills 2cm (1") with 30cm (12") between rows.

WHAT TO DO NEXT

Do not transplant. Thin the seedlings gradually as they grow to an eventual spacing of 10cm (4").

NUTRITIONAL VALUES

Rich in Beta carotene, calcium, iron and folic acid.
MATURITY
July onwards

HANDY TIP

Best harvested when 5-10cm (2-4") in diameter. Leaves can be used in place of spinach.
