Water Cress

Description:
Strong flavour and tall growing variety. Does not require running water but does need moisture at the roots at all times. Sow the seeds in a seed tray in March, prick off when large enough to handle into a large container lined with polythene to retain moisture, planting the seedlings 15cm apart. Keep moist and in a shady position. Remove any flower buds as they appear. Cut plants 4cm aboive the soil to allow re-growth.
