Brussels Sprout Darkmar 21 ORGANIC SEED

Description:
Mid to late main crop. Ideal for producing brussels sprouts over a long period. Large and deep green in colour. 200 seeds Sow the seeds in a nursery bed 1cm deep in rows 15cm apart in March & April, thin the seedlings to 10cm apart and transplant to the growing site in May and June 75cm apart all round. Depending on the variety grown, the harvest starts in august through to February/March.

WHEN TO SOW
March-April in trays at 13°C or in shallow drills in seedbed. Thin or prick off to set plants 5cm (2") apart. Harden off greenhouse plants. Plant out to growing site when 15cm (6") tall, 60cm (24") apart.
