WHERE TO SOW

Prepare a weed-free seedbed and sow thinly 0.5cm (¼") deep in shallow drills, in rows 20cm (9") apart.

WHAT TO DO NEXT

When seedlings are about 10cm (4") tall, prick them out into a nursery bed 10cm (4") apart. In October transplant into final flowering position 15cm (6") apart.

Once plants are established in the nursery bed, pinch out the growing tip to encourage bushy growth.
