WHEN TO SOW
January to March
WHERE TO SOW
In boxes or pots in glasshouse at 18ƒC spacing seeds 2cm apart and lightly cover with compost. Cover the container with glass or polythene after gently watering to retain humidity
WHEN TO TRANSPLANT
As soon as seedling leaves have opened, prick off into 1cm pots. Finally transplant into growing position 45cm apart when first truss of bloom is showing. If growing outside gradually harden off before planting out when all danger of frost is passed
COMMENTS
Outdoor bush type very good flavour and extremely heavy cropper. Fruits should be ready for picking from July onwards.
