In open ground in shallow rows 30cm apart.
WHEN TO TRANSPLANT
Thin out seedlings as they grow to 15cm apart.
MATURITY
Ready for use from early November, either lifted direct or stored in sand throughout the winter.
COMMENTS
Outer black skin should be scraped off and roots cooked in similar way to Parsnips. |
