WHERE TO SOW
Early sowings in trays or modules under glass at 15°C. Later sowings direct into a seed bed in shallow drills 1cm deep.
WHAT TO DO NEXT
Prick off glasshouse seedlings when 68-cm tall into trays 5cm apart. Thin module sowings to single plants. Harden off before planting out in the growing site from early June 45cm apart. Thin outdoor sowings to 4-6cm apart as soon as possible, planting in the growing site when 15cm tall to same spacing.
