WHERE TO SOW
In open ground 1in (2.5cm) deep in rows 18in (45cm) apart.
WHEN TO TRANSPLANT
Parsnips should not be transplanted. Instead, thin out seedlings as soon as they can be handled. Continue thinning until 6in (15cm) apart.
MATURITY
