Sow the seeds thinly in shallow drills 2cm deep in the growing site. Keep well watered
WHAT TO DO NEXT
Thin the seedlings as they grow to about 15cm apart. The thinnings can be transplanted and will mature a little alter. Finally, thin to 30cm apart using the plants you remove as salad leaves
MATURITY
First heads should be ready 8-10 weeks after sowing
