Mixed Italian salad of chicories including red Radicchio. This mixture contains no lettuce and is ideal as a perennial mixture for cut and come again. The red radicchio can be left over winter to head up (appropraite varieties) or may be blanched for beautiful tender pink leaves. Green varieties may also be left to grow on where required.

Thin the seedlings as they grow to 15cm apart. The thinnings can be transplanted. Sow August/September for a winter crop under cover.
