Tall growing variety, allow 1m between plants all round. Each plant produces up to ten small creamy-white cauliflower like heads in spring or early summer. Ensure you harvest all the heads to stop the plant flowering, it will then crop each year. 200

WHEN TO SOW May to early July. WHERE TO SOW Sow thinly in a well prepared seed bed 1.5cm deep in short rows 15cm apart. WHAT TO DO NEXT As the seedlings grow, gradually thin out to about 8cm apart. When the plants have grown top about 15cm tall transplant to the permanent site about 75cm apart. Water well. MATURITY Mid April to late May. HANDY TIP Make sure all heads are cut to prevent seedling, this will ensure plants last for many years.# |
