April to June.
WHERE TO SOW
Early sowings in pots in a greenhouse at 16° C, spacing 3 seeds to a pot. Outdoors from May, sow seeds 5cm deep and 20cm apart with 60cm between rows.
WHEN TO TRANSPLANT
Gradually harden off glasshouse sowings for planting out mid May. Reduce outside sowings to single plants.
MATURITY
Early June onwards. |
