OUTDOORS
Sow direct into the growing site 1cm deep in shallow drills. Fennel should be not be transplanted. Thin the seedlings as soon as they are large enough to handle to 20-25cm apart. The bulbs will be ready about September but the leaves may be harvested for flavouring from June. |
