SOW
under glass at 21-24°C (69-75°F) in a good seed compost.Before sowing soak the seeds in water for 24 hours. Cover the seed lightly with vermiculite after sowing and cover with black foil or polythene that is permeable to air. Moisture control is very important for successful germination. Keep soil slightly moist to dry. When the seedlings are large enough to handle, prick out into trays 4cm (2") apart. Gradually harden off before transplanting out into the flowering site during May.
