SOW
under glass at 18-22°C (64-71°F) in a good seed compost. Cover the seeds lightly with vermiculite after sowing. Keep soil slightly moist but not wet. Requires light for germination, but avoid direct sunlight by shading the seeds after sowing. When seedslings are large enough to handle, prick out into trays and grow on. Gradually harden off before transplanting out into the flowering site. Sow in January-March for flowering from June onwards or sow June-August for flowering the following year.
