WHERE TO SOW
Sow in pots or trays under glass at 18ƒC barely covering with fine compost.
WHAT TO DO NEXT
When the seedlings are large enough to handle, prick off in small clumps into trays spacing 5cm apart. Grow on and gradually harden off for planting outside from early May.
MATURITY
May to October.
EXTRA HANDY TIP
Do not overwater in the early stages of growth after sowing as Lobelia only produces tiny roots and cannot take up excess water. Seedlings will rot away. |
