Sow the seeds in a good compost inside but do not cover the seeds with soil but cover the trays with glass until germination occurs. Alternatively, sow direct into flowering site barley covering the seed with soil. Water if dry.
WHAT TO DO NEXT
When the seedlings are large enough to handle prick out into small pots and then transplant to growing position in full sun. If direct sown, thin out before transplanting to final position in second year in full sun.
