Cosmos Cosmic Red   Single dahlia-like flowers in pink, red and white with lacy foliage.  A delightful cut flower, border display or pot plant.  Half hardy annual.  Height 30cm.

SOW  February and March or April and May.  Early sowings in pots or trays under glass at 16°C. Later sowings direct in flowering site 25cm apart.  Prick off glasshouse seedlings into trays when large enough to handle 10 cm apart, gradually harden off for planting out in May 50cm apart.  Thin direct sown seedlings to 50cm apart as they grow.  Matures July to October.
Choose a sunny position, do not overfeed, dead regulary to encourage new flowering growth. Cultivation Instructions
