| WHEN TO SOW March to May WHERE TO SOW March and April sowings should be made in gentle heat, sowing into trays of compost. Later sowings in May can be made direct into the flowering site in small clumps or shallow drills. WHAT TO DO NEXT Sowings undr glass should be pricked off into trays 5cm apart and gradually hardened off before transplanting into flowerin site 10cm apart. Outside sowings should be be gradually thinned to the same spacings when the seedlings are large enough to handle. MATURITY July to October HANDY TIP The height and branching habit make this variety ideal for the back of flower borders. |
